Further to its press release dated March 17, 2025, OneTech Holding announces to its shareholders and the public the official completion of the strategic partnership between its subsidiary Fuba, specialized in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards, and Union Gain Electronic Technology (HK) Co., Ltd., a leading player in the electronics industry.
This agreement, successfully finalized on April 10, 2025, marks a new major milestone in Fuba’s development and is fully aligned with OneTech Group’s international expansion strategy.
As part of this high-value strategic partnership, Union Gain will acquire a stake in Fuba through three successive reserved capital increases, enabling it to hold a minority interest of 33% by the end of the first quarter of 2027.
